K is for Koala!
Like other marsupials, a mother koala carries her baby in a pouch until it reaches the age where it is large enough to ride on her back or belly. Koalas spend eighty percent of their time resting and live in eastern Australia where there are eucalyptus trees which they love and enjoy. In fact, they get most of their moisture from these leaves and do not drink much water.
